When I took these out of the tumbler and dried them off, I immediately fell in love with these delicate earrings.  I have a deep fondness for peridot, besides the fact that its a gorgeous bright green, but especially since it is my birthstone!  The grassy green of the faceted Peridot briolette stands in vivid contrast to the greys and blacks of the oxidized sterling silver behind it, hence the name.  *grin*

5/8 inch disks, textured with my Starry Night pattern are domed and gently cocoon the faceted Peridot briolettes which are wire wrapped with sterling silver wire and both are then suspended from handmade sterling silver earwires.  Just over a half inch in length from the bottom of the earwires, these are delicate enough for every day wear, yet are eye-popping and vivid to catch attention during those classy evening functions.
