US orders: You can choose to send your package via free shipping (USPS First Class Mail) or USPS Priority Mail ($6.00). If you need your order sooner, please email me at info at jennifercasady.com or call me at (703) 862-9854 to inquire about Express Shipping options and shipping dates. Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 days. First Class Mail takes approximately 2-5 days on average to arrive once shipped. Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 days on average to arrive once shipped.
International Orders: You can choose to send your package via USPS First Class International Mail ($6.00) which takes on average 10-14 days to arrive after shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is NOT available via First Class, please keep this in mind when ordering. If you would like insurance you will need to contact me for a price quote on USPS International Priority Mail Shipping with Insurance.
How long does it take for you to ship an item? TOP
Each jewelry piece is lovingly handmade and is created upon your order specifically for you. Therefore, your items will generally ship within 4-5 days from when you placed your order. Many times orders will ship out quicker. I will email you to let you know when your order has shipped. NOTE: Please note that shipping times will vary during the holiday season due to the high volume of orders. Orders can take 2-3 weeks to ship during this period. Please plan accordingly!!
Do you take credit cards? TOP
Yes. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through my secure shopping cart which utilizes secure socket layer (SSL) technology to keep your information safe. You can also choose to pay with Paypal. Please note, if you choose to pay with an eCheck via PayPal, I will NOT ship your item until I receive confirmation from PayPal that the eCheck has cleared (typically 4-7 days).

No matter the season, your purchase will be packaged in my signature hunter green box tied with a white ribbon for an elegant presentation. Rings will be placed within a satin bag inside the box which is then tied with a white ribbon.
Do you take Custom Orders? TOP
I am delighted to take Custom Orders when requested. If you are interested in placing a custom order with me, please send me an email at info at jennifercasady.com and we will start the process of creating your special piece of jewelry. 50% deposit on Custom Orders is REQUIRED prior to my starting to create your custom piece(s).
If you are interested in any of the pieces that are available on my website, but would prefer the piece to be a different length, please do not place an order through the website, but, contact me via email so we may discuss your custom piece(s). I will need to obtain various information from you before you can proceed with your order. Custom work will take, on average, an additional 3-5 days before the item(s) can be shipped. Are Custom Orders Returnable? TOP No. Custom Orders are NOT returnable. What is your Return Policy? TOP
Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order. Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order to obtain a Return Item Number ("RIN"). Returns will NOT be accepted without an RIN. Shipping the returned item to me will be YOUR responsibility. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion. Do you offer coupons? TOP
Yes. I frequently offer coupons for my newsletter members. To use the coupon, enter the coupon code into the box on the bottom of my navigation bar to the left. There will be a spot saying "enter coupon code." Place the code in the box and press go. You will now see a message stating that your coupon is working and the discount amount. PLEASE NOTE: Your coupon code MUST be entered PRIOR to putting items into your cart or it will not apply the discount to your order or the items in your cart!!! What is your privacy policy? TOP I do NOT share nor sell your private information. How do I care for my new jewelry investment? TOP Sterling silver does tarnish due to oxidation, which is a naturally occurring process. To help protect your investmnet, please store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag to prolong the oxidation process. Wearing your jewelry frequently can also prolong the tarnishing process. Everyone is unique and some people's bodies DO cause silver to tarnish quicker than others. Please avoid getting hair spray or other chemicals on the jewelry as this can be damagine to the gemstones. It is preferable to apply makeup, lotion, hair products, etc., before putting on your jewelry. Luster can be brought back to your jewelry by polishing gently with a special jewelry cleaning cloth such as Sunshine Cloth (follow cloth manufacturer instructions). The Sunshine Cloth (or comparable product) can be used until almost black. Sotre the cloth in an airtight plastic bag. |
